Market Update!
The second quarter of 2010 continues to see gains in both pending and closed sales in May. For the 12 months ending in May 2010, overall pending sales increased 47 percent. The median closed price increased 9 percent as well. Other stats include:
·    Single family pending sales up 10 percent
·    Condo sales saw a 25 percent increase
·    Available inventory decreased 10 year over year
