This past Saturday night, I went to another one of my favorite restaurants ... Noodle Saigon in North Naples.  Noodle Saigon offers authenic Vietnamese cuisine in a casual atmosphere.  Every time I have been there, the food has always been delicious and very consistent.  If you're not familiar with Vietnamese food, visit their website at Visit Noodle Saigon in North Naples to view their menus.  The food is prepared with a very fresh and clean taste, similiar to Thai food without the hot spices!  I really enjoy the lemongrass chicken noodle salad bowl which is sauteed chicken with great flavors and served on both thin noodles and lettuce with other vegetables.  The portions are very generous and you shouldn't leave hungry.  The appetizers are wonderful as well ... try the summer rolls with chicken and shimp.  If you get a chance to try this restaurant, please respond to this entry and let me know if you enjoyed it or not.  You can also visit their website and sign up for their e-Club and receive a discount coupon for your first dinner.
